Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction: These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of weighing services provided by Pakistan Scale (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our weighbridge services or receiving digital slips/messages via WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms.

  2. Services: We provide vehicle weighing services using certified equipment. Customers receive a printed slip and may also receive a digital copy via WhatsApp API. Services are provided during official working hours at our weighbridge locations.

  3. Accuracy of Weight: Our weighing machines are maintained and calibrated as per legal metrology and transport rules. The weight slip issued at the time of weighing is considered final. Customers must verify details (vehicle number, date, weight) before leaving the premises.

  4. Use of WhatsApp API: Customers providing a valid mobile number consent to receive messages, weight slips, and images via WhatsApp. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp network availability; we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party networks. WhatsApp’s own Terms & Privacy Policy also apply.

  5. Customer Responsibilities: Provide accurate vehicle and personal information. Ensure the vehicle is properly positioned for weighing. Collect slips immediately and check for errors before leaving. Not misuse digital records for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

  6. Fees & Payment: Service charges are displayed at our weighbridge and are payable at the time of service. Payments once made are generally non-refundable, except in cases of system error or duplicate charge.

  7. Liability Pakistan Scale is not liable for: Misuse of weight slips after issuance. Loss or delay in WhatsApp messages due to third-party network issues. Any commercial, financial, or legal decisions made using the weight slip (beyond its technical purpose). Our liability is limited to re-issuing a corrected slip in case of proven system error.

  8. Compliance with Law: All services comply with Pakistan’s transport regulations, PECA 2016, tax laws, and future Data Protection regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that vehicle weight complies with legal load limits.

  9. Data Protection: Customer and vehicle data is processed as per our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to data usage for service delivery, record keeping, and WhatsApp messaging.

  10. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be displayed at our office and shared digitally when necessary.

  11. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where the service is provided.
